respond to: After reviewing the course material on the CPI Management System, I don't believe my squadron uses this system in this particular format. However, during every leadership meeting on Mondays, each flight leader has a template board that they are supposed to update on a Microsoft Teams leadership PowerPoint. The slide highlights problem areas, provides updates on certain operations, and areas for improvement. Although, I cannot quite remember the exact headers for each particular box, this method does come in handy when following-up with each flight. The downfall of this would be when leaders are not prepared for the Monday meeting and forget to update the board. The CPI Management System is something I believe our squadron could highly benefit from and could even improve communication for all leaders involved
