A leader can use various components of motivation to inspire their team members. Some workers may be inspired by their leaders' encouraging words of aspiration, while others may be more interested in educational prospects. The primary responsibility of a leader is to foster a pleasant atmosphere for those who follow them. Positive results can be prompted by employing numerous forms of motivation (Doyle, 2018). Motivation and leadership are inextricably intertwined.

According to McClelland's Human Motivation Theory, people are primarily motivated by one of three needs: the need for achievement, the need for affiliation, or the need for power. These alliances are not automatically given to us but forged by our actions and fortunate meetings. Leadership requires a leader to take place. Leaders, therefore, should be eager to put their influence to use. Because the power to influence others is inextricably linked to physical might, leaders must explain the meaning of dominance in their interactions with subordinates. As a third point, association leaders should keep the group's greater good in mind. These three sources of motivation equip people to take the next step toward leadership (Northouse, 2020).

Inspiring workers requires a leadership style that takes action to share and confer the significance of the organization's vision with the rest of the representatives. It is much easier for CEOs to inspire their teams when all employees believe in the organization's vision statement and work toward its stated goals. If members of an organization can relate to or identify with the group's vision, they will be more motivated to work toward its goals.
