respond to The areas I would focus more heavily on to create a learning atmosphere in my field, with my degree as my focus, are technical knowledge and partnering with other organizations. Focusing on technical knowledge would provide all employees with a way to learn how to operate the databases used and present them with continuous training. Transferring information throughout organizations could create a database full of useful information that all employees would be able to access. This would encourage all employees to seek information on how other organizations within the same industry operate to find ideas on how our organization could improve in certain areas
