These frameworks can help businesses to identify and analyze the ethical issues involved in a decision, as well as to develop and evaluate different options. Some of the most common ethical decision$-$making frameworks include the utilitarianism framework, the deontological framework, and the virtue ethics framework.

The ethical implications of global business$-$ Businesses are increasingly operating on a global scale. This raises a number of ethical challenges, such as how to ensure that businesses respect human rights and labor standards in developing countries.

In what specific ways can you use the knowledge you have gained in this course in your chosen profession?

HR professionals can use their knowledge of business ethics to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are fair, equitable, and non$-$discriminatory. This includes policies on hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, benefits, and discipline. HR professionals can also play a key role in creating a culture of ethics in the workplace by promoting ethical behavior, providing ethics training, and investigating and addressing ethical violations.
