I chose to do Chick Fil A as my organization because of their core values of the organization. Chick Filtering A is committed to a workplace culture where everyone is treated with honor, dignity and respect and their policies, practices, and benefits support this goal. Chick Filtering A is closed on Sundays to allow operators and their team members to enjoy a day of rest, be with their families and loved ones and worship if they choose. Their values are ethical because they are here to serve, be better together, purpose driven, and they pursue what is next, and I feel as though they are an organization that is ethical.
