The total rewards plan for the company I chose is very robust. They tie in all of the standard benefits such as compensation, vacation, sick time, and employee recognitions. This company is in the top half of like industries in the pay scale, but the other benefits really keep employees here. The company tries to treat everyone like family and makes sure everyone is taken care of. They make quarterly investments into your 401K as well as company match. The other non monetary benefit would be the air conditioning. For the industry not many are air conditioned and this site keeps the building at seventy two degrees year round. They tend to get more employees from other sites for this very fact.

I believe the organization offers a very defined and beneficial to keeping the employees. The company puts out a teleconference that gives all employees a chance to give their input and what they would like to see. After many years of doing this the plan is well tailored to this area, and really helps retain the employees.
