2. A and B were brothers. From 2003 to 2008, A lived with his brother and his brothers wife, C. During this period, A performed various services for his brother and sister-in-law. In 2005, B and C purchased land. In 2015, in the presence of C, B told A, When were gone, this land is yours. A had not done any work for B since 2008 and none was expected or provided in the future. In 2018, after both B and C died, A filed a claim with the estate of B, seeking specific performance of the 2015 promise. Does A get the property? Ignore the Statute of Frauds issue. Be sure to use the IRAC format. The analysis section of IRAC is worth 40%, where the Issue and Rules sections are only 30% each (there's no credit for the Conclusion). So be sure to put most of your effort into the analysis section.
