I believe sometimes we lose sight of how fast children of all species grasp material; whether it's physically, mentally or verbally. For instance, I have many nieces & nephews but one in particular is considered incredibly ''smart" within my family. She however is exposed to a more mature environment considering her mother is an eye doctor & her father is a lawyer; in contrast to my other nieces & nephews. I believe children of all ages mimic behavior at home & from the environment surrounded by them. I cannot emphasize the importance of being a role model & exposing children to positive environments."
