I feel like if youre a manager, the best thing that you can do to understand what motivates your employees is just ask them. A lot of companies do anonymous surveys where you can rate things on a scale of 1 to 10 and make selections. They than gather that date and use the feedback for their companies. I feel like various incentitive programs are a great way to motivate employees. Its like youre a factory and youre using piece rate almost. It is a good way to see whos willing to put in the most work and do so accurately at the same time. There are so many benefits that we can offer our employees some go to waste and some go to employees who dont deserve them or utilize the resources. Tying them into various incentitive programs makes it so people can work for what it is they personally want.
