As a single father of two energetic daughters, aged 11 and 12, my life is a blend of military duty and parenting adventures. Currently stationed in Japan, we're gearing up for a move back to Europe this summer, adding another layer of excitement to our journey. Embarking on the journey of pursuing a BA in Organizational Management, I see this course as not just a personal milestone, but also as a strategic investment in my future career. While my current role might not directly benefit from the degree, overseeing a diverse team has honed my leadership skills, making me realize the value of understanding organizational dynamics deeply.
