Respond to this students discussion Provide your assessment of the information provided. Looking at the pivot table you can see there is a difference in the means of the two samples but with the different samples being different sizes it is important to do the t test with two samples with different variables. When that is performed you can see by using the two tail test numbers compared to the t stat there is a significant difference between the two samples' lead times. Describe if one-tail or two-tail tests should be used. Why? Two-tail test should be used because it does not matter which end of the spectrum, whether the lower or upper, it just matters that the two samples' means are not equal. Interpret the findings produced by the Data Analysis tool. The findings from the Data Analysis tool show there is a significant difference in the two suppliers' lead time means. Even with the different size samples. How many tests would be needed to compare all suppliers in the list? (hint: combination formula). Is Excel well suited for this? A person could use the ANOVA but Excel is not suited very well for this because the variables are not equal and Excel does not have the ability to differentiate between the different means. Feel free to highlight any challenges or learnings you experienced with Excel. I found most of this week's information easier to comprehend then previous weeks. ANOVA was a little confusing and I am not sure I fully understand that part of it
