According to Reichheld (2001), Leaders must be dedicated to treating people right and driven to deliver superior value to customers. Leaders must practice their values, if they don't, their teams won't either. They must build relationships and ensure all stakeholders win. If you choose to win at the cost of a partner you are not demonstrating loyalty and in the long run may fail because of it. You must be selective in hiring for your teams. Just filling an open position with a mediocre candidate will not help you achieve the results you are looking for. Keep your strategies and structure simple. If too complex, your speed to resolution can become a barrier. Keep your teams small, the larger the team the less personal the relationships and more complexity you'll have. Align interests and reward your target markets and teams accordingly. Lastly, you must listen and be honest. Failing to deliver will erode trust and diminish loyalty
