respond to: Wow! We have made it to our final week. Time has flown by so quickly. During this class, I have learned about building a cohesive team. I now know that to have an effective team, you must balance the individual's strengths and weaknesses to balance out their teammates. This will help me professionally by knowing how to evaluate those so I can lead a team to success. I have learned how to assess my strengths and weaknesses, leading to growth. I have learned the different support systems I can utilize to continue to grow personally and professionally. As always, I struggle with time management during my time here at Strayer. I work full-time, take a full course load, and have personal obligations to meet. Knowing this, I actively work to get better at allowing myself time to dedicate to my studies. I enjoyed learning the material and gaining knowledge from my classmate's perspective. I hope everyone can achieve the goals they have set
