Respond to your client using the "reflection of meaning" skill.

She has just been asked about some of the challenges of being a transwoman.

Client (angry and frustrated): "I was having such a f**ing good day today. And I was at the grocery store - and this happens all of the time, don't get me wrong -- but it's like a f**ing mosquito bite. And some people get little bites all throughout the day. And some people get a lot of bites. And I'm just one of those people who get a lot of f**ing bites. It's a misgender. And people act like pronouns are a f**ing mystery. And if somebody calls me a man, if somebody calls me a sir, and even if I say "she" - even If I say forcibly or graphically, they still crawl kind of back into themselves. They don't f**ing know. Like half of the people I meet everyday don't even know. It can push somebody to the very will of wanting to live. Like I don't want to live every time I come home riddled in mosquito bites, if you have any idea what I'm talking about."
