My thought is that it starts with the leadership; leaders must be transparent and ensure ethically sound decisions in all situations. No organization should expect its team members to act any different than its leadership team. Ensuring the team is has a clear view into the "why" behind decisions will help to engage them in the mission and vision, and ultimately, prevent the chance for fraudulent practices
