prz How does one determine a location is a "high- crime zone" for crimes against guests? Read Less A While reading chapter 9.2 it states that if the property is in a "high-crime zone," an incident and resulting injury could be considered foreseeable. What exactly makes a location or property a "high-crime zone?" If they have had a few incidents there involving guest on guest crime would it be considered "high-crime?" Or would it have to be completely random or targeted because of the clients that are staying at that certain property? In the book it also stated that even if there has been no crime previously that they still need to have additional security. If they do not comply with having additional security they can be found negligent if they don't. So who pays for this additional security that may not be needed? a What is the thesis of your Response?
