The company may deem it necessary to implement change management because it will allow them to place their employees in the rightful places. If a employee is displaying their strong points in a certain area, it may be probable to promote as necessary. If a employee shows weakness in certain areas, then it may become necessary for an organization to put on going training in place to accommodate their business strategies and goals. If this is displayed throughout the company, employees in return will display stronger, efficient work ethics. This is when you will see employees going above and beyond for their employers, because they will appreciate the company showing its appreciation for their employees. From a business aspect, it would inherit more business, employee retention and they'd excel in business to business relationships. All of these things are examples on how a organizations and employees would benefit from change management
