Both articles offer helpful advice on how to handle a performance review. The article written by Ruth Mayhew highlights the need to be calm, seek clarity, and assemble important data to get ready for an appeal. The essay offers practical strategies and advocates a productive way to deal with performance issues (Mayhew, 2017).
