You will be randomly assigned to a company; your goal is to generate a new retail concept for it. You will have to: . Generate a brief description of the company, including a swot and a marketing mix analysis. Identify the current different channels the company is selling their products trough Identify the company suppliers and the type of distribution they have, (Exclusive, Intensive or Selective) . . Conduct a customer service quality assessment, in order to determine if the company could improve any aspect in relation to, Store hours, parking, shopper friendliness, credit acceptance, salespeople, etc. . Identify what the value is from the customers' as well as from the company's perspective. Propose at least two different advertising mediums to promote the new retailing concept, and justify your choices accordingly Generate a target market analysis and explain why the new retailing experience will be suitable for it, having into account demographics and psychographics.
