review and describe the reasons and events of management success or failure for a real company of your choosing. The company must be real and the information you find can be from any source on the internet, book, etc. must address how the management failed or succeeded. The real trick is to present this information in your report as though you are applying for a job in management at a company, and you are trying to impress them with your skills in seeing a difficult management situation and how you think of the events, the decisions the management made in those events and what recommendations you'd give to management those events better.
