I dont think supervisors have to be more productive than the people they supervise. However, they do need to be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize their work so that they can meet their deadlines and goals, while also supporting and guiding their team members.

2.How can I use my time better in the future? By taking some time out at the beginning of each day to plan out what I need to accomplish.
