3. Referring back to the Case Study in Chapter 11 (p. 281), resolve the ethical dilemma based on Aristotle's theory.
4. Based on the Discussion Case (pp. 300-301), explain your reasoning for whether you recommended Marks accept the plea bargain offered. Are there any other options to consider, from a virtue ethics perspective?
