Review the Module 5 Materials and conduct an internet search to locate a roadmap format that you will use for your Proposal. If you are working from an image, you can re-create the roadmap format using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or other software. If you choose to use a roadmap tool located on the internet or elsewhere, you may need to modify the display to meet the requirements below. The appearance or design of your roadmap will not influence the grade, but it must include the elements below:

1. Briefly state the organization and your modernization scenario as a reminder.
2. Post a Business Roadmap in the format of your choice that shows the following:
   • Phases
   • Tasks/activities
   • Milestones
   • Major participants, and
   • Timeline
3. In addition to the above, the Roadmap should include:
   • Additional assessments beyond the baseline assessment, as appropriate to the modernization scenario
   • Time for alternative solutions to be identified and assessed
   • Time for the technology selection
   • The implementation phase
   • Activities/milestones that involve leadership and internal and (if appropriate) external stakeholders
