Revise for paragraph in cover letter for resume: Since I became a technologist in July of 2019, I have had the pleasure of working and understanding the workflow of both evening and day shift. I have volunteered numerous times to work in different areas of the MRI department including the ED (also during the COVID-19 pandemic), and Zayed 3. I pick up overtime shifts when I can to assist with the department's needs. In July of 2020, I had the pleasure of joining the dayshift. The following month I began coordinating the Zayed 4th floor department workflow. Since then I have joined the CUSP Committee For the past 3 years, I have strived and achieved a score of 5 on all performance evaluations. I have also received numerous nominations for the ROAR (Reach Out and Recognize) award in both 2021 & 2022. I am a great fit for this position because I hold myself to ambitious standards, and I strive to be a role model for our department every day. I never turn down the opportunity to learn something new, or opportunities to think outside of the box. I consistently seek opportunities to strengthen our floor and streamline workflow
