Revise : Purpose and method There is a lack of experience and proper education in the supply rooms at the company levels. The soldiers and junior NCO's lack the education and training that are required for the job. By not developing our soldiers to cannot perform basic task and it has limited the company's logistics capabilities. The purpose of this report is to: Show the importance of developing a training policy for commanders to enforce. To show the benefits for a company that improves soldiers' skills. I have conducted research on education and training requirements that benefits companies, corporations, and government employees show three major categories: Impact of companies training and developing workers, Education benefits key to retaining talent and designing effective training. These factors are important to having a successful company and happy employees no matter where you work
