Each of the honorees have already agreed that the date will work with his schedules. Being that you have experience in setting up events for our department. We hope you will take charge of the arrangement with the caterer the florist and the printer for the program. All these cost covered by the Human Resources Department. In the past, we give special gifts to the honorees, therefore they has something tangible as a reward for their service. Please ask somebody to look into this, coordinate with Human Resources about the amount of money we can spend on each persons gift.
