(i) State the general rule of revocation of offer.

(iii) (a) Ben makes an offer to sell his entire collection of his pokemon cards to Joyce for

RM100 and his offer shall expire with 7 days from the date of his offer. On the 5 th day, Ben

revokes his offer and informs Joyce about his decision. Discuss.

(b) Would you answer be different if Ben has accepted from Joyce a RM5 deposit to

keep his offer open?

(iv) Ben makes an offer that he will sell his entire collection of his pokemon cards to Joyce

for RM100. The next day Joyce learnt of Ben's mental disorder. Discuss.
