rewrite: Analysis of the Situation Brunt Hotels acquired a small French hotel chain to support the first initiative in its 10-year plan to expand internationally. Brunt plans to use an ethnocentric approach to the expansion which will be focused on promoting the Brunt brand and utilizing existing staff and policies from the parent organization. Currently Brunt does not have the HR strategies to support an international organization. Approximately 70% of the existing hotel workforce left the organization. This places additional strain on HR to prepare with a very short timeline of four weeks for rebranding. This report outlines the key initiatives required at various stages of the consulting process.
