rewrite as we are currently the largest supplier of poultry products in Peel Region (and one of the largest in Ontario) and are only continuing to expand due to the seemingly limitless demand for high quality, domestically sourced poultry products. Process-focused drivers have not traditionally been important in the organization; however, as we continue to expand our production lines with the help of consultants and service companies such as Marel, it has become more important to assess business partners for long term relationships in order to stabilize and sustain our recent expansion. Lastly, economic drivers are used to increase our production line knowledge; specifically, how to maximize output while minimizing production costs, and "wear-andtear" expenses for our machines. As a result of a recent analysis, we have added a new Tray Pack Production Line that has a production capacity triple that of our old production line, due to its novel method of separating the chicken into its component parts, and processing/packaging them simultaneously to save on time and costs.
