re-write in formal? Hi Everyone - I want a QA eyes when reviewing the ES plan extension case comment. I know ETAs do not enter a case comment or post incomplete case comment when extending ES plan meeting the extension criterias. I created this comment as a sample and will be coaching them that do not copy & paste the same case comment but use it as sample. Please let me know if I am missing anyting?
