(rarely ever happens) and I had to make a decision on if I wanted a handful of employees to work from home. I was getting asked by employees to get a laptop that will allow them to work instead of having to use their PTO. I knew how important this was to them emloyees to have that option, but ultimately it was up to me to make that call. I didn't have to think very long to make the decision of yes, let's do this and get them laptops and help set up a work from home station. It was easy for me to make this decision because I TRUSTED my employees and knew that they would work and not abuse the ability to work remote
