The first problem in this case is that the technology that supports the orientation sessions could be improved in many ways. Rather than handing out paper documents, they could be organized on a web page or shared as Google Docs. The same thing could be done with the forms. New employees could be sent a Google Doc with information and links for all of the forms. Other Improvements include having correct data in the orientation system, making sure new employees are not sent to the wrong sessions and making sure there is a correct mix of specialty areas.
