rewrite Intake coordinators are a part of any meetings and discussion that we have about the standard work, how can it be improved, what can make the process easier and smoother and help make the work make sense. They display their ability to work efficiently while they work from home, they influence other team members to want to join the intake team and they capable of managing multiple to dos and tasks throughout the day. With the two intake coordinators, they work really well together and effecitlvy becalyse they both understand the work and problem solve together. Although they don't run the meetings that I hold, they speak up and talk about their knowledge on the work that they do every day
