re-write the project College Art Gallery Expansion The objective of this project is to construct an expansion to NorQuest College's downtown campus to provide a building with spaces for students to study, take a break, and make friends in other programmes, all while considering sustainable site development. The project must encourage water-saving strategies both during and after the project's completion, such as collecting rainwater from the roof and storing it in a water tank to irrigate the site's landscaping. The project has to achieve energy performance by optimising the mechanical, electrical, and building envelope systems. The project has to encourage design strategies that reduce and reuse material resources, reduce construction waste, and use environmentally preferable building materials. The project has to employ strategies to improve the indoor environmental quality for workers and visitors, resulting in a reduced illness and higher productivity. It has to include a separate outside air system as well as CO2 sensors to ensure that inhabitants have the best possible inside air quality. It has to implement a green cleaning program that uses least-toxic cleaning products and emphasizes training on the use of hazardous products.
