a. Classroom and behavior management strategies observed. I have noticed that is no classroom management. Ms. Baynes has rally no control of her classroom, the kids are constantly out of their seats and she is all yelling to put your head down. Xyalh is constantly running out of the classroom and is going around kicking the teacher hitting the other kids and therefore the other kid destroying the class as of Thursday the parent said that she is on medication but on Friday the same thing. I feel that the other kids aren't getting the right teaching they need.

b. Transition time discuss how the teacher handles (bathroom time, cleanup time, preparing for outside). Transition time is when the majority of in appropriate behavior occurs. There is no transition for bathroom time because there is a bathroom in the classroom. Ms. Baynes just tells the kids it clean of time. When it time to outside she calls out the color of the table and she say no talking and hands behind back which there is talking and fighting in line.
