rewrite Unfortunately, I believe that this experience is something that is common in organizations. I've ran into this situation in 3 different organizations that I've worked with in the past. From being a supervisor to manager, to a business analyst, I have made it a priority to include those who are in the work firsthand. I have learned that those who need to be involved in discussion about new work or creating new work, should be those who are currently doing the work. I am in charge of a lot of meetings and orgnizing and leading projects, and I make sure that I in invite them to the meetings to hear that they ahve to say. I take what they say and run with it and use what they suggest. I continue to help make sure that our other leaders now that they do the same. Hear and listen to the voices of our employees
