Ricardi Jacobs, a CA (SA), is the financial director of a successful South African investment company called Langa Pty Ltd (Langa). Some of the main operating activities of Langa include investing in logistic companies, hotels, property development and sustainable construction projects. The company and its subsidiaries values aim to take good care of all employees and to be mindful of the environment and the public in their operations. Two years ago, Langa purchased 2 massive properties in Braamfontein which have been used for residential purposes in the past. The company plans to redevelop these into a shopping complex and office buildings. The development process is expected to take place over a period of 5 years. Since the redevelopment project was going to be a huge job, Langa decided to establish, a separate entity, Vakai Developers (Vakai) incorporated 7 September 2016.
