Richard, Trung's next-door neighbour, is not well educated and suffers from severe depression. Richard relies upon Trung for advice and support. Richard wants to sell some land that he owns, and Trung agrees to buy the land from Richard. Richard accepts a price offered by Trung, that is well below the market price for the land. Without seeking independent legal or financial advice, Richard signs the contract of sale. Richard's brother Roman is furious when he finds about the transaction. Roman says that Richard can ask a court to rescind the sale, because of Trung's undue influence. Is he right?
