Robert goes straight to the owners of the store and gets approval to go ahead and install the new software using outside consultants recommended by his boss. Being a new MBA graduate, Robert knows he needs a change management plan. So, he calls a meeting of some employees to create a change management team. The team includes the marketing manager, salespeople, and a hired public relations consultant.
