Rocco was a successful commercial builder in the State of Michigan. After the recession of 2008, Rocco filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which allowed Rocco to reorganize his company so he could pay his bills. He ended up selling off everything except the concrete portion of the company. He wanted to focus on what he and four generations of his family knew best pouring concrete for commercial and residential customers.

Rocco has no financial plan and is looking for you to plan for his companys financial management.

Please help Rocco by using the Problem-Solving Template below to develop a financial management plan for his reorganized business.
