- Use the information to create a table for Rock Castle Construction customers. Use the column headings in rows 3 and 4 as your field names. Name the table Customers.
- Have the following table structure: Zip Code and Payment Terms as Data Type: Number, for all of the remaining fields, Data Type Short Text. All students should end up with 16 fields (split up city, state and zipcode.)
c. Create a query that lists Company Name, Contact Person, Main Phone, Main Email.
d. Create a form for entering Customers Data; use whatever style youd like. (Save the form as Customer Information Form.)
e. Create a report with the fields: Company Name, Street Address, City, State and Zip Code. The report should be sorted by Company Name in ascending order and be formatted in a Tabular lay- out with Portrait orientation.
(Save the report as Customer Addresses.) All field information should be visible
