Sales are budgeted to be $1,650,000 in March, $1,885,000 in April, and $900,000 in May. RMSA expects to collect 60% in the month the merchandise is sold and 40% the month after.
COGS is 70% of sales and the company needs to have ending merchandise inventory equal to COGS in the following month
RMSA pays for its merchandise in the month following purchasing it. For example, if RMSA buys merchandise in September, it will pay for it in October.
RMSA must remit the fees on the Point of Sale (POS) machines and other monthly expenses of $32,700 each month in cash.
Monthly depreciation is $59,000.
