The deck (or board) is manufactured first followed by the installation of the axel and wheels. Each skateboard (both basic and premium) then moves to Quality Control before the board is ready to ship to customers. There is one (1) worker responsible for overseeing the manufacture of the deck, three (3) workers who attach the basic axel and wheels, five (5) workers who attach premium axels and wheels, and four (4) quality control workers.
