ROLEPLAY Passing on buyer feedback to seller

This question requires you to conduct, and make a video recording of, a roleplay (3 to 5 minutes maximum) based on a supplied Scenario.

In the roleplay, you will play the role of a real estate agent.

The roleplay requires you to demonstrate your ability to report back to your seller any information and feedback that you received from prospective buyers.

This roleplay is a solo exercise you will not need a roleplay partner.

The tasks you need to complete in this roleplay are contained in the Roleplay Scenario and Instructions document which you can download (see below).

Please make a video recording of yourself (using a smartphone or camera) performing the roleplay.

Refer to our guide below on how to record and upload your video recording to the Portal for assessment.

Validum will retain a video recording of your roleplay on your student file for six (6) months after you are issued with your Statement of Attainment.
