Roleplay Scenario Four candidates have been selected for interview. You have been asked by the Human Resources Manager to participate in the interviews of Samiya and Maggie. Conditions Your assessor will roleplay the Human Resources Manager and will also arrange two students to roleplay as Samiya and Maggie. Your assessor will assist candidates to prepare for the interview. Your assessor will welcome the candidates, introduce themselves and you, as well as provide a brief overview of the company. It will then be your role to ask the questions you have prepared. The Human Resources Manager will close the interview. Your assessor will prepare the environment for the interview. During the meeting, you need to: Introduce yourself Ask questions and listens carefully to gather, interpret or evaluate information Participate in verbal exchanges using clear language and appropriate tone to provide relevant information and feedback At the end of the interview, farewell the candidate and thank them for their interest in attending.
