Role-Play:

simulate your conversation that you would have when meeting with your contact in real life for the first time. Make sure that the role-play has formal business language and terminology, and you talk about the company, and how the company would work well with the contact's company. Write how the companies can collaborate and work together and have the contact ask questions. The role-play needs to be at least 2 - 3 pages long to simulate a 10 - 15 minute conversation. The structure of the role-play should be like a script that actors use for a movie.
