As at the date of acquisition all assets of Prada Ltd were fairly valued except for an item of land whose carrying amount is $30 000 less than its fair value.   • During the year Prada Ltd paid $15 000 management fees to Rosa Ltd
  • On 1 July 2022 Prada Ltd sold an item of plant to Rosa Ltd for $30 000 when it had a carrying amount of $17 000 (cost of $27 000, accumulated depreciation of $10 000). At the date of sale, it was expected that the plant had a remaining useful life of five years, and no residual value.
  • The tax rate is 30%
