roughly how much should be included in each section. Friendly reminder about Academic Integrity: As with all work in this class, this is to be written in your own words and based on your own thoughts and experiences. If you use any outside sources, they must be properly cited in both the body of your writing as well as a reference section. Because this is based on your own reflections, any use of Al/chatbot output in your writing is not permitted. This is an individual assignment, so copying or presenting the work of another person also constitutes plagiarism. Failure to follow these basic instructions for academic integrity will result in a grade of ZERO and will be reported as an academic offense. PART 1: Overview of your current stress level. (2.5 marks) In this section, provide a brief (1-3 paragraph) overview of where you currently stand when it comes to stress. Things to consider/include in your discussion here: your results from the life events and daily hassles inventories, a breakdown of your current stressors (e.g., environmental, personal, social, etc.) in terms of what kinds of stresses you deal with the most on a daily basis, and whether or not you believe that some of your stresses could be better managed. PART 2: Overview of your personality. (2.5 marks) In this section, provide a brief (1-3 paragraph) overview of how your personality either helps or hinders you when dealing with your stressors. Do you have aspects of yourself that are stress-resistant? Are there areas where you know your personality may contribute to your overall stress? You can use results from the personality inventories and examples from your own life to illustrate your points here. PART 3: Your 5R plan. (5 marks) This can be done in paragraphs or in the form of a table (whichever you prefer). Keep your answers from PARTS 1 & 2 in mind when you create your plan. This plan isn't meant to be something that you follow every day, but rather a discussion of strategies that you think might work for you in the future when trying to minimize or otherwise deal with your stresses. Base your answers on the 5 Rs outlined in class (i.e., discuss one activity/technique that will cover each of the Rs), and discuss those techniques that you've tried that will actually have some benefit (in your opinion). If you have specific goals for how you can easily incorporate these strategies into your life, make sure you use SMART goals.
