Ethical failures are as a result of scandals and ruins arising from the wrong doings of the people and leaders breaking laws and are involved in unethical related acts. In a business, ethical making of decisions are not only to be restricted to managers, but to all involve in the running of the business. It is impossible to cover the entire decision making process by applying company rules, economic or legal matters. This paper will analyze professional responsibilities and ethics of middlemen, communal responsibility of employee and loyalty and responsibilities of the management. Literature Review Hemingway, C. The greatest thing of improving business ethics among others is trust, empowerment and involvement of the employees. Plan My main plan is to make the topic clear through identify theories that were put in place by other researchers to help me introduce my own research content.
