Ethical failures are as a result of scandals and ruins arising from the wrong doings of the people and leaders breaking laws and are involved in unethical related acts. In a business, ethical making of decisions are not only to be restricted to managers, but to all involve in the running of the business. It is impossible to cover the entire decision making process by applying company rules, economic or legal matters.
