Digital Mammography however is unique medical technology that has found interest on how it works. Management plays a role in the technology and it has major benefits that support quality initiatives within organizations (Papp, 2015). Digital Mammography is a technology that is used in screen for breast cancer across the world which has found acceptability .The technology call for a lot of finances to implement in an organization that provides medical services. Procuring this technology call for the good will of the management to cooperate with donors in order to make the ordering a success (Chaveles, Kotopouli,Foster & Zammit,2015). The management on its part has to employee personnel that are able to maintain the technology. The management will also conduct an impact assessment that the machine may have on the organization and weigh its benefits. The management in health organization strives toward offering the right services in an efficient manner. The technology produces images in seconds that offering real time results to patients. This technology thus tries to eliminate queuing in the health centers. Management has found it possible to increase efficiency in breast screening by acquiring the technology. The organizations thus face credibility and praise in dealing with the disease which is appropriate in health organization. By initiating the technology which conforms to various quality standards the management is required to maintain personnel who can interpret the results of Digital Mammography and retain them for certain period. Search personnel not only ensure quality treatment to the patients but also lead to acceptability of the health facility. Patients always like facilities that monitor their well-being and with the technology this is always the case.
